Buyout

Some items will be eligible to receive a buyout offer. Not all items are eligible for a buyout. Buyout offers are typically less than the payout from consigning.

Receive a Quote

To receive a quote for consignment, please email pictures of the item(s) along with the following information to allinluxuryresale@gmail.com.

  • Name of Brand
  • Name of Item (if known)
  • Description of Item (include if comes with extra strap, pochette, etc)
  • Condition of Item (please point out any signs of wear, staining, etc.)
  • List any inclusions (dust bag, box, authenticity cards, etc.) 
  • Purchase price (if known)
  • Size of Item

Photos should include the front, back, bottom, and corners of item(s) as well as photos of the inside and straps. Please also include any date code/serial number if possible. Items will not receive a quote if there is not enough information provided.

You will receive a quote usually within 3-5 business days. If you accept the quote, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item(s). Shipping is at your expense through the carrier of your choice. Local pickup is also available in some instances. 

Once we receive the item, it usually takes 5-7 days to authenticate, photograph, and upload the listing. If we receive an item that is not as described or unsaleable (heavy odor, heavily stained, rips, tears, etc) the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Items Currently Accepted: Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Wallets, Bag Charms, Shoes, Belts and some other Accessories.

Designers/Brands Currently Accepted: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Saint Laurent, Goyard, Burberry, Givenchy, Valentino, Hermes, Versace, Celine, Chloe, Bottega, MCM, Jimmy Choo, Ferragamo, Miu Miu

 

Consignor Terms and Conditions:

You represent that the item is your sole property. We do not accept items with significant damage or strong odors. We assume there is no damage or wear that has not been disclosed.  We reserve the right to not accept any item based on the condition when received. If an item is not accepted, we will ship the item back to you at your expense. Please remember to send any inclusions that were disclosed (dust bag, box, authenticity cards, etc.)

You agree the item(s) will be with us for a 60 day minimum. If the item has not sold after the 60 days, you may request to extend the contract, discount the item, or for the item to be shipped back. If you request the item to be returned before the 60 days, we will return the item upon receipt of a $75 fee. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

All luxury bags are listed for sale after condition and authenticity is confirmed. Authenticity is confirmed using either Entrupy, Real Authentication and Legitmark. Should an item be deemed counterfeit, ALL-In Luxury Resale & Consignment will return the item upon receipt of a $75 fee for authentication.

Items will be photographed and featured on the website. In addition, most items may be shown on social media platforms for marketing purposes. Any photos remain the sole property of ALL-In Luxury Resale & Consignment. 

Proceeds are sent to you around the 15th of the month following the month we receive payment for the item from the third-party platform. For example, if your item sold in August, but payment for the item was not received until September, your proceeds would be sent around Oct. 15th*. This accounts for the time period it takes to receive payment from the third-party platform (e.g. TikTok) after delivery to the customer. It also allows for any issues or returns. Proceeds will be sent via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. We do not provide tax documentation. Any tax obligation is your responsibility.

*Tiktok may take up to 31 days after delivery to the customer to send payment. In the event this happens, proceeds may not be sent by the 15th of the following month payment is received from TikTok. In this instance, proceeds would be sent around 35 days after payment is received.

Consignment is available to US only.

ALL-In Luxury Resale & Consignment does not insure items against natural disaster, theft, fire, damage, or other disasters. All responsibility for the item(s) remain with the you and ALL-In Luxury Resale & Consignment shall be held harmless for any damage.

You accept these terms and conditions once the item has been shipped to ALL-In Luxury Resale & Consignment.
