We do not accept returns or exchanges due to most items being consignment. All sales are final. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Each item listed with us is previously owned. It has been used unless specifically described as “new.” Items will usually show some signs of wear. Please review all photos of the item prior to purchase. If there is wear shown in the photo, but not specifically mentioned in the written description, this does not qualify the item for a return or exchange and is not considered a misrepresentation of the item.
All luxury bags are authenticated with Entrupy and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. If an item is found to be counterfeit with a third party reviewer please contact us for further instructions. If you receive an item that you do not believe is authentic, please email us immediately at allinluxuryresale@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and may put you in contact with our third-party authentication. We must be alerted of any issues within 3 calendar days of delivery. Proof of delivery will be required.
