Product Condition & Return Policy

When buying pre-owned items, you should not expect the same condition as a new item. Please understand pre-owned items WILL show signs of wear. The price should reflect the item's condition. 

Signs of wear may include, but are not limited to:

• Relaxation in shape
• Minor scratches, scuffs, corner wear, wrinkling
• Minor hairline scratches on hardware
• Hardware tarnishing or dulling
• Slight storage or vintage smell*
• Minor spots/stains on exterior
• Marks and/or stains on interior
• Stitching frays, glazing peeling

We cannot guarantee the longevity of any pre-owned item. We typically do not know who owned the item previously or how long it was used. We can only disclose the condition at the time of sale. 

Color of the item may differ slightly than the photograph due to lighting and angles.

Please take these factors into consideration before purchasing. Please review all photos and descriptions. We do our best to accurately describe the condition and disclose any call outs, however not every flaw may be mentioned. When purchasing you understand the item is pre-owned and not new.

*Smell - Pre-owned or vintage bags may have a slight smell of storage, the previous owner's closet, deodorant balls/dryer sheet, or vintage material. Everyone's sense of smell is different and what smells to one person may not smell the same to another. Smells should dissipate over time as you use the bag. Not all bags will have a smell.
